What do you do on a weekend in the English countryside?mFind out in my new video, where I take you to Petworth, one of my favourite places in southern England.

Petworth is a beautiful market town in West Sussex that is about an hour and a half from London and is entirely surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the South Downs National Park.

But Petworth is best known for being one of the most important antique centres in England, as well as for Petworth House, a stately residence owned by the National Trust. The house is home to an incredible collection of artworks and a stunning park spanning over 700 acres.

On top of that, Petworth has a network of over 100 independent shops offering unique, high-quality products and two excellent pubs, where you can relax with a delicious pint of craft ale and a traditional Sunday Roast. And, for something really special, there's also a lovely tea room serving up mouth-watering homemade cakes and delicious cream tea!

So, Petworth is indeed a place where you can spend an entire day or a weekend enjoying art, shopping and antiques in the context of one of the most beautiful areas of the English countryside.
