The romantic Rosehill Cottage, probably the most famous cottage in the world

Do you like the film The Holiday? I've lost count of how many times I've seen it! It's definitely one of my favourite Christmas films... it's romantic, funny and tells a story that makes you daydream.

Who wouldn't want to spend Christmas in Iris's wonderful cottage (maybe with Jude Law...)?

But I'm certainly not the only one who loves this film: despite being almost 20 years old, The Holiday continues to be not only one of the most watched Christmas films worldwide, but also the one that, more than any other, has contributed to making the English countryside and, above all, its fairy tale cottages famous.

But do you know where it was set and, above all, where Rosehill Cottage is located?

In this video, I take you on a tour of “The Holiday”'s iconic filming locations in England and tell you some little-known facts about the actors and story.

Are you ready to come with me in the footsteps of Iris and Amanda? The video is in Italian, but has properly edited English subtitles that can be easily activated on YouTube by selecting CC in Settings.
